My entire adult life I have assisted others both in and outside of the church. I've coached everyday life experiences such as careers, finances and budgets, and marriage mentoring. Until recently, I saw that as a means of offering guidance of the World. Now, I understand God has prepared me to serve Him, and assist others, by using the skills and talents he has given me. I understand the meaning of "obedience" from personal experience. God birthed this ministry in my heart after seeing many individuals and families suffering from the pains of past sin. Romans 6:21 asks us, "What benefit did you reap at that time from the things you are now ashamed of? Those things result in death!" Volunteering with organizations such as Urban Youth Impact, St. George's Kitchen, Christ Fellowship Outreach Ministry, plus leading short-term mission teams to Peru, Honduras and Waveland, MS for many years has shown God's desire to use me for His Will.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance at Barry University, graduating Cum Laud. I held a Florida State teaching certificate as an Occupational Therapist for Secondary Education. My wife and I are currently laity Marriage Mentors in our church. I'm a Crown Financial Budget Coach/Counselor. I am certified to teach The Alpha Series, a study on Romans 6, 7, and 8, by Pastor John Glenn.
Additionally, I recently worked in a drug and alcohol detoxification center gaining insight to addictions and the recovery process. I also host the Careers Ministry at our church to assist those underemployed, unemployed or unhappily employed. I am the founder of Professionals Network of Florida, Inc. a 501(c) (3) networking organization to assist the professional jobseeker. I am a Licensed Marriage Mentor for PREPARE/ENRICH marriage preparation and mentoring those already married. My certification as Seminar Director for PREPARE/ENRICH provides training to clergy, professional counselor and mentor couples. I am also a 15th Judicial Circuit Court Registered Provider for marriage mentoring.
